Cranberry Jam


  • 300g frozen cranberries
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 150mL Pukara Estate Vanilla and Cinnamon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Zest and Juice of 2 oranges

How to Cook


Place all ingredients into a heavy based saucepan. Heat gently until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.


Turn heat to high and boil vigorously for 5 mins. Turn the heat down and simmer gently until reached desired thickness, about 20 minutes.


Take off the heat and skim surface. Cool slightly and transfer to sterilized jars.


Serve with Christmas turkey, roast pork or chicken or simply spread over bread with melted brie.
